macOS: if you downloaded the archive with a browser, clear the quarantine flag once: xattr -d com.apple.quarantine cassetty
Linux: plays through PulseAudio or PipeWire, falls back to ALSA.
More formats: with ffmpeg on your PATH cassetty also plays M4A/AAC/ALAC, Opus, AIFF, WMA, APE and more.
